A patient-centric philosophy of spine care in Rhode Island.
At Brain and Spine Neurosurgical Institute, we believe in a patient-centric approach to spinal care. Our providers are dedicated to providing high-quality and efficient care that addresses both the physical and mental wellbeing of each individual patient.
We look at each individual’s overall physical and mental health to determine the best course of action for pain prevention and elimination. For most patients, the path forward is conservative care, targeted intervention, education, and time. For others, a precise clinical procedure resolves the pain quickly.
As a smaller practice, we are extremely successful in optimizing the patient experience. Our experienced staff can set up new appointments in less than a week so that your pain is addressed as soon as possible.

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Das and the staff at the Brain and Spine Neurosurgical Institute. I went to my initial consultation, and felt immediately at ease. This was my first surgery, and I was extremely impressed with my level of care.BSNI patient
