
Ariana Colapietro, PA-C
Biography
Ariana Marsella, PA-C is a Rhode Island native and joined BSNI in 2025. She earned both her undergraduate degree and Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Springfield College in Massachusetts. She has been practicing medicine since 2014.
Prior to joining BSNI, Ariana worked in emergency medicine and conducted clinical research. Her background has given her a strong foundation in acute care and evidence-based practice. One of her top priorities is providing exceptional patient care with a strong emphasis on patient education and empowerment. At BSNI, she is involved in pre- and post-operative assessments, diagnostic imaging interpretation and contributing to the collaborative management of neurosurgical patients.
When she is not working, Ariana enjoys traveling to different countries, cooking and spending time with her husband. She has an extensive indoor plant collection and loves animals- especially pandas. Volunteering at a panda reservation in China is number one her bucket list.
